CANCELATION POLICY

THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING US US TO SERVE YOU!  ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT WITH US, IT MEANS THAT WE HAVE RESERVED TIME IN OUR SCHEDULE EXCLUSIVELY FOR YOU.  IN AN EFFORT TO BEST SERVE ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS, PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR POLICY IS AS FOLLOWS:

WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE WHEN CANCELING OR RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS TO AVOID A FEE.  IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS, PLEASE CALL THE SPA OR REACH OUT DIRECTLY TO YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER.  DO NOT RESPOND TO THE CONFIRMATION TEXT MESSAGE.  LATE CANCELS WILL RESULT IN A FEE OF 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE.  IF YOU ARE CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 4 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED TIME, OR NO SHOW THE APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE. 

WE WILL GLADLY RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONCE ALL FEES HAVE BEEN PAID.

IF YOU ARE NEEDING TO RESCHEDULE PRIOR TO 24 HOURS, PLEASE CANCEL AND CREATE A NEW APPOINTMENT IN THE APP OR REACH OUT TO YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER.  IF YOU USE THE APP, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE CHOOSING THE CORRECT SERVICE BASED ON HOW LONG IT HAS BEEN SINCE YOUR LAST APPOINTMENT (I.E. LASH EXTENSION FILLS AND SOME WAXING SERVICES).
